✧ when you commission me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service and Usage Policy whether you have read it beforehand or not.
✧ if you break any of my rules i will publicly blacklist you, and you will no longer be able to order from me again.
✧ please note I may raise my prices at any time. if prices are changed during an active commission, your current order cost will not be affected.
✧ i reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. please note that i am not likely to draw things on my "cannot do" list without an additional fee (i decide the amount).꒰ skeb-like process - Free ꒱

✧ all payments must be paid in full before i start.
✧ once payment has gone through, refund or cancellation requests can no longer be accepted, thank you for understanding! however, you may request to receive a refund if the order is not completed by the due date discussed upon order placement. i also may choose to cancel an order at anytime (this is very unlikely), in that event, you will receive a full refund.꒰ revisions꒱
✧ all commissions are skeb-like unless you pay an additional fee for updates, then you will be allowed revisions. of course, if i make a mistake in the design upon delivery, i will fix it free of charge.꒰ deadlines & delivery ꒱
✧ standard delivery takes 1 month. please be sure to make note of your preferred delivery date, there may be an additional fee. rush fees may be refunded upon request if the delivery date extends past the rush delivery date.

✧ all orders come with personal & monetized-content use. free redistribution on social media, printing, and using as a gift for fans is allowed.
✧ commercial use (such as use for merchandise, reselling the character, etc.) is $64.
✧ you must give me credit and tag @miuyumemi (or on twitter: @yumepuppychan). ꒰usage info꒱
✧ do not use my art for any other purpose than what is discussed when you place the order with me (such as unauthorized reselling, unauthorized reposting, ai training, tracing, recoloring, etc.)
✧ if you purchase a commercial use fee, do not resell adoptables for more than you paid when you purchased the adoptable from me.
✧ the rights to every illustration i make belong to me.
✧ i may publicly stream / share the work. if a NDA is required, there will be a fee.
✧ i reserve the right to request you to stop you using my art/designs/characters, and i reserve the right to buy the character back from you at anytime.꒰ communication꒱
✧ please feel free to message me anytime! my response time is 24 hours or less.
✧ please provide clear references and descriptions when submitting your request. this is to ensure that there is no confusion throughout the process.
✧ communication must be clear and please be polite! rude or disrespectful communication may lead to your order being canceled without a refund.
✧ please respond to me within 24 hours during the commission process to ensure delivery times are adhered to.
✧ communication primarily through VGen, but Twitter & Discord are available for alternate forms of communication for previous clients.

when you commission me or purchase something from my shop, you automatically agree to follow this usage policy whether you have read it beforehand or not.
