can do β§ light/pastel colors, all skin tones, ocβs/vtubers, anime/cartoon characters, girls/feminine characters, kemonomimi, furries, slight blood, suggestive themes, knives, plushies, LGBTQ+cannot do β§ irl people, masculine characters, gore, full nsfw, armor/mech, weapons, animals/ferals, elderly people, hateful propagandaβ§ have a request you're unsure about? just ask! please note that i am not likely to draw things on my "cannot do" list without an additional fee (i decide the amount).κ°α commission terms ΰ»κ±β§ when you commission me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service & Usage Policy whether you have read it beforehand or not.
β§ if you break any of my rules, terms of service, or usage policy, i will blacklist you, and you will no longer be able to order from me again. in severe circumstances i will warn other artists and/or file copyright claims and pursue appropriate action.
β§ i may raise my prices at any time. if prices are changed during an active commission, your current order cost will not be affected.
β§ i reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason and i do not owe an explanation.
β§ if you are on my blacklist, do not use an alt account or ask a friend to commission me, i do not want to draw something for you under any circumstances.κ° file types κ±
β§ all files will be delivered through VGen, unless the file is too large then it will be delivered through a Google Drive link on VGen.
β§ standard commissions are delivered as PNG files with & without my watermark, and a version with a transparent background.
β§ i can make a PSD file for different expressions or cut up layers for a music video, animation, etc., please DM me if you would like to request this for an extra fee!κ° standard skeb-like process κ±

β§ please make your payment within 4 days of proposal or the request will be cancelled.
β§ all payments must be paid in full through VGen before i start the sketch.
β§ once payment has gone through, refund or cancellation requests can no longer be accepted, thank you for understanding!
β§ if the order is not completed by the due date discussed upon order placement, you may request to receive a partial or full refund.
β§ if i choose to cancel an order due to a personal emergency (this is very unlikely), you will receive a full refund.
β§ in cases of cancellation due to client misconduct (breaking my rules, TOS, or usage policy), refunds may be refused at my discretion. i reserve the right to cease service at any time if my Terms of Service/Usage Policy is broken or if communication becomes unprofessional.
β§ do not file a chargeback claim or you will be blacklisted and i will reclaim the use of the commissioned or purchased art. IMPORTANT : if a refund is currently processing, please be patient and wait for the funds to return to you, do not file a chargeback if i have stated i will give you a refund.κ° discounts κ±
β§ 20% discount on commissions for designs made by me. *excluding design-only comms. will be applied in addition to other ongoing discounts.κ° revisions κ±
β§ standard commissions are skeb-like and do not allow revisions. if there is a mistake with the design upon delivery, it will be fixed.
β§ for an extra fee, you can receive updates throughout the process and gain access revisions. after 4 revisions, additional revisions are allowed for an extra fee. (6 revisions maximum during busy queue times, 12 maximum during slow queue times)κ° delivery & rush fees κ±
β§ standard delivery takes 1-3 months, however delivery can be as soon as 1 day for some orders depending on my availability. rush fees apply.
β§ please be sure to make note of your preferred delivery date, there may be an additional fee. rush fees may be refunded upon request if the delivery date extends past the rush delivery date.
β§ i may publicly stream / share the work / add you to my public work queue on trello. if a NDA is required, there will be an extra fee. (you still need to credit me when sharing the art if you pay a NDA fee)κ° use κ± β‘
β§ you may not resell my art or designs for more than you paid originally when you commissioned/ordered from me.
β§ all services come with personal use rights, such as use for posting on un-monetized social media accounts, printing for personal decoration, gift to fans, etc.
β§ some services come with monetized content use (such as use for a vtuber design, posting on monetized social media accounts, streaming, promotion, etc.), however some services require the extra fee which is $44.
β§ commercial use (such as use for merchandise, reselling the character, etc.) is an extra $64.
β§ you must give me credit and tag @miuyumemi (or on twitter: @yumepuppychan).
β§ do not use my art for any other purpose than what is discussed when you place the order with me (such as unauthorized reselling, unauthorized reposting, ai training, tracing, recoloring image colors, skin recoloring, editing the image or design, unauthorized image cutting for vtuber/pngtuber use, etc.). if you have a serious issue with the order, please kindly communicate with me if you would like to request a revision.
β§ the rights to every illustration and design i make belong to me.
β§ if my terms of service or usage policy is violated, i reserve the right to file a copyright claim. additionally, i reserve the right to reclaim the usage rights to the artwork and/or designs i created for you if you violate my $Β Terms of Service$Β or Usage Policy at any point during or after the commission process.κ° communication κ±
β§ please provide clear references and descriptions when submitting your request. this is to ensure that there is no confusion throughout the process. if you pay the fee for receiving updates throughout the process, you may update the references given, however, for the standard skeb-like delivery option, you will not be able to update the references given.
β§ communication must be clear and please be polite! rude or disrespectful communication may lead to your order being canceled and you will be blacklisted. i will always remain kind throughout all types of conversations and i expect the same in return.
β§ please respond to me within a considerate amount of time during the commission process to ensure delivery times are adhered to, especially when there is a rush deadline.
β§ communication through VGen is preferred, but Twitter & Discord are available for alternate forms of communication for previous clients or members of my discord server.
β§ if you have an issue, please discuss it with me before leaving a bad review, filing a chargeback, etc.
